Eli Pasquali is a born-and-raised Yukoner with a passion for photography, aviation and travel. He first experienced the joy of photography through Ernie Swerhun, his high school photographer teacher. After completing high school in Whitehorse, Eli studied commercial aviation at Selkirk College in Castlegar, B.C. During his time at Selkirk he Continued to pursue photography when time permitted.

Merging aviation and the love of travel with photography has allowed Eli to hone his photography skills all over the world. Over the past 20 years he has shot images from some of the most photographic locations on earth - from the Namib Desert, to the vast Siberian Steppe to the largest non-polar ice fields in the world - and many points in between. Every locale inspired a new direction for his photography. Working as a pilot has brought untold adventures to his life and has inspired both a creative and worldly approach to his photography.

After a decade of moving around the globe for work, Eli settled in Edmonton in 2023, where he continues his career in aviation. Eli continues to be inspired by the stories that can be told with just a single image.
